Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer (Staff Engineer, Software) to join our Core Software R&D team. In this role, you will contribute to the development of advanced robotic and automation software that enables laboratories worldwide to design, execute, and monitor complex scientific workflows integrating robots, instruments, and real-time data-driven systems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions for laboratory automation applications.
  • Develop scalable backend systems and REST APIs using C# and ASP.NET.
  • Collaborate with product managers, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust and reliable solutions.
  • Participate in system architecture discussions, code reviews, and troubleshooting sessions.
  • Ensure software performance, scalability, and security best practices.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and technical documentation.


Required Experience

  • 10+ years of professional software development experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in C# and ASP.NET development.
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining REST APIs and multi-threaded backend systems.
  • Solid understanding of OOP and SOLID principles.
  • Strong experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience developing secure applications using TLS, JWT, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (preferred).
