• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform

  end-to-end underwriting

  for US and/or UK mortgage applications.
• Conduct detailed

  income calculation

  ,

  DTI (Debt-to-Income)

  LTV (Loan-to-Value)

  analysis.
• Review credit, collateral, and compliance documents to ensure accuracy.
• Make sound credit decisions aligned with

  client and regulatory standards

• Handle

  live underwriting queues

  and provide real-time decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders for smooth loan processing.
• Maintain high quality, accuracy, and adherence to SLAs.
