Senior Moogsoft Engineer Job Location : Bangalore (Work at office in hybrid model) Key responsibilities: Configure and maintain the Moogsoft AIOps platform to meet business requirements. Develop and implement event management and correlation rules to identify and respond to incidents proactively. Integrate Moogsoft with various monitoring tools and systems to consolidate alerts and events. Monitor the performance and health of the Moogsoft platform, ensuring high availability and reliability. Collaborate with IT operations and development teams to design and implement automated workflows and remediation actions. Analyze incident data and provide insights to improve system performance and reduce downtime. Provide technical support and training to internal teams on using the Moogsoft platform. Stay updated with the latest developments in Moogsoft and AIOps technologies and recommend improvements.
