Job Description: Senior MIS Manager Position Summary: A Senior MIS (Management Information Systems) Manager is responsible for overseeing data management, analytics, reporting, and automation within an organization. They lead the MIS team, ensure the accuracy and security of information systems, and provide strategic insights to support business decisions. The role involves collaborating with multiple departments, optimizing business intelligence tools, and improving data-driven decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a robust MIS strategy to support business objectives. Oversee data collection, management, and reporting across departments. Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with company policies and regulations. Maintain and upgrade MIS infrastructure to meet business needs. Design and implement dashboards, reports, and KPIs for performance monitoring. Analyze data to provide insights that drive business growth and efficiency. Automate reporting and analytics processes to improve productivity. Lead, mentor, and train the MIS team to enhance data management capabilities. Collaborate with senior management and other departments to align MIS functions with business goals. Ensure effective communication of data-driven insights to key decision-makers. Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization . Work with IT teams to integrate new Power BI tools, ERP, and CRM systems . Ensure minimal manual intervention in data processing and reporting. Ensure adherence to data security, privacy policies, and regulatory requirements . Develop and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for data handling and reporting. Conduct data audits and risk assessments to mitigate potential issues. Required Skills & Qualifications: Expertise in MS Excel (Advanced), SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or R . Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, and cloud-based data management systems . Knowledge of automation tools (VBA, RPA, or AI-driven analytics is a plus). Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills . Ability to present data-driven insights to senior management . Strong decision-making and strategic planning abilities . Bachelors/Masters degree 7-12 years of experience in MIS, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics . Proven experience in team leadership and stakeholder management How to Apply?
