Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Azure services, along with hands-on experience in custom development, integrations, and process automation. Dynamics 365 ecosystem Role Responsibilities Design & Development : Develop and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) and Power Platform solutions. Customization & Automation : Implement workflows, plugins, and business process automation using C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Automate, and Power Apps. Integration : Develop and integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party applications and services via APIs and Azure Services. System Optimization : Perform upgrades, migrations, and optimizations for improved performance and scalability. Requirement Analysis : Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Security & Compliance : Ensure security, compliance, and best practices in all Dynamics 365 implementations. Mentorship : Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 configurations, customizations, and integrations. Continuous Learning : Stay updated with Microsoft's latest updates, releases, and best practices in the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 ecosystem. REQUIRED TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS (in order of level of need) 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP development. Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Experience in developing custom plugins, workflows, and integrations. Hands-on experience with Dataverse, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API integrations. Knowledge of SQL Server, FetchXML, Web API, and RESTful services. Experience in security roles, permissions, and authentication methods (OAuth, AD, SAML). Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or Git. • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (preferred).
