Senior MERN Stack Developer with OpenSearch Experience

As a highly skilled Senior MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using the MERN stack. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and mentoring a team of developers, ensuring best practices in code quality, architecture, and agile development. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and DevOps. - Handling client interactions, gathering requirements, providing technical insights, and ensuring timely delivery. - Deploying and managing applications on AWS, optimizing infrastructure for performance and scalability. - Reviewing code, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring application security and data protection. - Keeping up to date with the latest trends and best practices in web development. Required Skills: - Strong proficiency in React.js and Node.js. - In-depth knowledge of MongoDB and RESTful API design. - Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, etc. - Proven experience in leading development teams and managing multiple projects. - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. - Strong communication skills for effective client interactions. - Ability to work in a WFO (Work From Office) environment and lead by example.
