Job Title: Senior MERN Stack Developer Experience: 7+ Years Location: Chennai / Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a seasoned Senior MERN Stack Developer with strong experience in Production Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of full-stack development using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js , and a solid background in managing and troubleshooting production environments. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using the MERN stack. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues with minimal downtime. Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards of code quality. Provide Level 2/3 support for production applications, including root cause analysis and permanent resolution planning. Write and maintain technical documentation, unit tests, and support scripts/tools. Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and knowledge sharing. Collaborate closely with DevOps and QA teams for seamless deployment and support. Required Skills Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Hands-on experience with production support, monitoring tools, and incident management. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and integration. Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience with tools like Git, Jenkins, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines.
