About The Opportunity

Location:

• Compensation: INR 90,000–100,000 per month + accommodation provided
  

• Provide first-contact clinical assessment, triage and management for OPD and emergency presentations during assigned duty shifts.
• Stabilize acute medical and trauma cases—initiate resuscitation, airway management, IV access, fluid therapy and emergency medications.
• Perform routine procedures such as wound care, suturing, IV cannulation and point-of-care testing, escalating to specialists as required.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, admission/discharge summaries and handover notes for continuity of care.
• Coordinate with nursing staff, referral networks and on-call specialists to arrange admissions, transfers and investigations.
• Ensure adherence to infection control, medication safety and facility clinical protocols during all shifts.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• MBBS degree with valid registration from a recognized State Medical Council / NMC.
• Proven clinical experience performing on-duty shifts in OPD, emergency or inpatient settings.
• Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and/or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Hands-on competence in IV cannulation, wound management and emergency stabilization.
• Ability to perform accurate clinical documentation and handovers; familiarity with basic clinical record systems.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights and be resident/on-call as required for the facility.
  

Preferred

• Training or experience with Point-of-Care Ultrasound (POCUS) or emergency procedures.
• Neonatal Resuscitation or pediatric emergency exposure.
