Role Overview: OLIVER, established in 2004, is a specialist in designing, building, and running bespoke in-house agencies and marketing ecosystems for brands worldwide. The Senior Marketing Specialist - YouTube Ads Marketing & Industry Advocacy in Delhi, India, plays a crucial role in positioning YouTube as the Future of Video and driving thought leadership within the industry. Key Responsibilities: - Inspire and educate Google's customers, agencies, and the industry on YouTube's products and services. - Manage the Think with Google content strategy, calendar, and execution in collaboration with local content owners and the APAC editorial team. - Organize events (Virtual and In-Person) to bring together advertisers and agencies, supporting the growth of top advertisers across markets. - Drive alignment with cross-functional stakeholders, including sales, Go-to-Market teams, PR, regional, and local Marketing teams. - Project manage deliverables and outcomes with external partners. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5+ years of brand marketing experience with strong project management skills. - Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple functions. - Adaptability to thrive in a fast-changing, cross-functional environment with an entrepreneurial approach. - Proficiency in spoken and written English, along with exceptional presentation communication skills. - Passion for AI, digital video, and new technologies, with a willingness to learn and understand AI tools' benefits and features. - Knowledge of AI tools is advantageous but not mandatory.
