Role & responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement end-to-end marketing strategies to drive sales and market penetration. Performance Marketing: Oversee paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and optimize for ROI. SEO & Content Marketing: Improve organic traffic through content, blog posts, and website optimization. Social Media Management: Plan and execute engaging campaigns across social platforms. Email & SMS Marketing: Develop retention strategies using personalized email and SMS campaigns. Partnerships & Influencer Marketing: Collaborate with influencers, authors, and book communities to enhance reach. Market Research & Analytics: Analyze customer data, monitor competitors, and refine marketing strategies. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals and coordinate with agencies. Preferred candidate profile 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce or books-related industries. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Analytics tools . Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, and performance tracking . Ability to analyze data and make strategic marketing decisions Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
