Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to drive and execute strategic marketing initiatives that enhance market positioning, foster demand generation, and create customer engagement for our innovative software solutions. Position Overview: The Senior Marketing Manager will play a critical role in shaping Sundyne’s marketing strategy, ensuring our enterprise solutions are positioned effectively in the market. This individual will lead the execution of product marketing, demand generation, sales enablement, and channel marketing programs. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience working with Lenovo’s GTM protocol and familiarity with key enterprise solutions such as UEM, MDM, ThinClient OS, and Virtualization Software. Key Responsibilities: 1. GTM Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for Sundyne’s software and enterprise solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Utilize expertise in Lenovo GTM protocols to optimize market entry and expansion plans. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams to develop impactful marketing strategies. Lead product launches, demand generation, and sales enablement initiatives for ThinClient OS, UEM, MDM, Virtualization, and Data Management Systems. 2. Product Marketing & Positioning: Define product messaging, value propositions, and differentiation for Sundyne’s portfolio of software offerings. Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and competitive threats. Create detailed customer personas and tailor marketing campaigns to engage target audiences effectively. Develop content strategies for websites, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and solution briefs to support the sales cycle. 3. Digital Marketing & Demand Generation: Drive SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, and email marketing efforts to generate high-quality leads. Implement account-based marketing (ABM) and inbound marketing strategies for enterprise clients. Manage social media, public relations, and thought leadership campaigns to enhance brand awareness and thought leadership. Analyze and optimize the performance and ROI of marketing campaigns using analytics tools. 4. Channel & Partner Marketing: Develop and implement partner enablement programs to support OEMs, distributors, and resellers. Coordinate joint marketing initiatives with Lenovo and other key technology partners. Organize partner training sessions, webinars, and solution showcases to drive partner engagement and sales. 5. Customer Engagement & Sales Enablement: Create compelling sales tools, presentations, and collateral for business development teams. Lead customer education programs, workshops, and industry events to foster engagement and drive adoption. Establish and manage customer advisory boards to collect valuable insights and feedback. Key Qualifications & Skills: 7+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing, particularly in enterprise software, IT infrastructure, or ThinClient solutions. Proven experience in developing and executing Lenovo GTM strategy and protocol. Strong understanding of UEM, MDM, OS for ThinClient devices, Data Management, and Virtualization software (including VergeIO and UDS). Expertise in channel marketing, partner programs, and enterprise sales enablement. Deep knowledge of digital marketing, demand generation, and account-based marketing (ABM). Exceptional communication skills with a knack for crafting impactful content and messaging. Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is a plus. Preferred Experience: Experience working with OEMs, IT service providers, and cloud solution vendors.
