1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. 2. Leverage market research to identify emerging trends and competitive positioning. 3. Provide insights into international market expansion, including localization strategies. 4. Oversee digital, social media, content, and email marketing campaigns and refine them. 5. Optimize marketing funnels to improve lead generation, conversion rates and ROI. 6. Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. 7. Mentor and guide marketing teams, ensuring best practices and innovative approaches. Qualifications:- 1. 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 6+ years in a global or regional role. 2. Proven track record in developing and executing international marketing strategies. 3. Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo). 4. Experience with B2B marketing, product marketing, and brand positioning. 5. Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills. 6. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and drive results in a consulting capacity. 7. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. 8. Preferred: Experience in Fintech.
