Job Description

The primary responsibilities would include: Project Operations Support day-to-day project management, ensuring adherence to project scope and timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve key outcomes and improve efficiency. Data Analysis and Reporting Collect and analyze primary and secondary data to identify trends, provide recommendations, and document welfare delivery processes. Contribute to M&E planning and write reports for government stakeholders. Stakeholder Engagement Liaise with government officials, engage with citizens from disadvantaged communities, and travel to rural and urban areas for consultations and data collection. Build partnerships with local NGOs and civil society organizations. Project Operations Operational Management: Support the day-to-day operations of projects within designated departments, ensuring strict adherence to project terms and scope of work. Cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate with various teams within IA to drive key project outputs and outcomes. Efficiency Enhancement: Identify operational bottlenecks and assist in implementing strategies to boost efficiency and productivity. Data Analysis and Reporting Data Collection: Conduct end-to-end primary data collection exercises as per the project requirements Data Analysis: Analyze government, primary data and secondary research to identify trends and derive stakeholder recommendations. Welfare Delivery Analysis: Understand and document key aspects of the welfare delivery process. M&E Planning: Contribute to developing and implementing the monitoring and evaluation plan for projects. Report writing: Write reports based on analysis and actionable recommendations for government stakeholders.
