Greetings from Avtar ! Role & responsibilities : Develop and execute comprehensive compensation and rewards strategies, policies, and programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. Conduct market research and analysis to benchmark compensation levels against industry standards and competitors. Collaborating with finance and other departments to establish budgets for compensation programs Conduct annual compensation review and manage merit increase processes Provide guidance and support to HR business partners and managers on compensation-related matters, including job leveling, salary bands, and incentive plans. Collaborating with recruitment to develop strategies for attracting and retaining top talent through competitive compensation and rewarding benefits. Collaborating with external vendors and consultants who may assist with compensation-related services. Regularly partner with HR business partners and leaders to drive talent initiatives supporting their business strategy Preferred candidate profile : MBA from a reputed institution with hands on experience in Total Rewards & Talent Management is preferred .
