What will you do as a Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition : Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition department for India region. Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans to align with organizational goals. Assess current staffing needs and create forecasts for Sales, Marketing, Technical, and Leadership/Management roles. Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process, including vendor selection, internal sourcing, interviews, and screening calls. Drive effective candidate evaluation and ensure a smooth hiring process across all departments. What are we looking for : Proven experience in a fast-paced organization, preferably within startups. Minimum of 7+ years of relevant talent acquisition experience, managing end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring, technical, and leadership/management roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to organize and analyze data effectively. Hold a relevant post-graduate degree.
