Job Description

Role & Lead the Manpower planning, recruitment strategy and talent acquisition for all manufacturing and corporate roles, including technical, business support & leadership positions as per TAT in fast paced environment • Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to understand hiring needs and align talent acquisition & deployment with business goals. • Defining and driving the team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring, and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience while meeting all compliance requirements. • Building strong talent pipelines for frequent attrition positions to minimize business disruptions and otherwise through industry & role mapping • Ensuring continuous manpower optimization across organization as per budget on head counts and cost • Driving the employer branding through strong EVP across offline, job portals and social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed. • Ensuring right source mix with minimal dependence on search agencies for talent acquisition • Manage a team of recruitment professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management to ensure team success and individual growth to achieve the KRAs/KPIs • Ensuring all the Talent acquisition and manpower planning reports ( ad hoc & regular) metrics are shared and presented to management on time, accuracy and actionable insights responsibilities
