What You’ll Do

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize growth opportunities using data-driven research and market insights.

• Develop and test business cases and go-to-market frameworks for new initiatives.

• Collaborate with product, technology, marketing, and operations teams to accelerate strategic initiatives.

• Build and strengthen partnerships and ecosystem capabilities that enable scalable growth.

• Lead pilot projects, analyze outcomes, and make recommendations based on data and customer insights.

• Present findings and strategies to senior leadership to inform decision-making and execution.

• A top-tier MBA with strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills.

• Experienced in market research, business modeling, and go-to-market planning.

• Adept at working cross-functionally to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

• Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by testing, learning, and scaling what works.

• Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and outcome-focused.

Must-Have Qualifications

• MBA from a top-tier business school.

• 3+ years post-MBA

• Proven ability to lead or support strategic growth, partnership, or diversification initiatives.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams spanning product, marketing, operations, or technology.

• Strong analytical and financial skills with experience building data-backed business cases.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
