Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager located in Delhi, India. The Senior Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure targets are met, and enhance operational efficiency. Additional responsibilities include developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, collaborating with other departments to streamline processes, and implementing policies in line with company goals. The Senior Manager will play a critical role in driving the performance and growth of the team, providing leadership and direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality customer experiences. Qualifications Leadership, Team Management, and Strategic Planning skills Experience in Customer Experience (CX) Management, Digital Transformation, and Business Operations Problem-solving, Decision-making, and Analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively across departments Management experience within the call center/BPO industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field, MBA preferred Show more Show less
