Our services range from Home Cleaning, AC Repairs and Servicing to Beauty and Wellness services at home such as Mani-Pedi, Massage etc. Over the last 5 years we have built a consumer loved business with one of the best retention cohorts across UC. Amongst the fastest growing businesses at UC, the SG BU is poised to get onto a profitable path in the next 12-16 months. Role: We are looking for a Senior Manager - Special projects who will be responsible primarily for attacking key strategic problems/ opportunities that will unlock growth for our new categories (Live out house help etc.) which is a strategic growth bet for 2025 and beyond. This person will be aligned to key parts of the business such as product, user growth (marketing), business/supply, user experience and operations. The individual is expected to seamlessly step into any part of the business at UC and get cracking to solve the problem at hand. The individual should have both the ability to think sharply and also execute at a fast pace. In addition to the category, the role might also involve exposure to other businesses (supply chain etc.)This is not just a strategy role, we expect the folks to get hands-on and solve real problems! Job Responsibilities: Pick up important projects that need to be unlocked to enable growth. This could range from redesigning our customer support process to improve customer experience, to significantly increase the speed of supply building (professionals), to data deep dives to understand what makes our customers love our service. Establish business processes – spending time on the ground to gather insights and build solid processes/SOPs to enable a seamless scaleup Collaborate across multiple teams – city team, marketing, product, finance to ensure coherence and swift execution In a nutshell, the role is expected to attack critical business bottlenecks for UC to enable swift scale up. Job Requirements: Start-up or Consulting experience of 2 - 4 years across product, user growth, customer experience, sales etc. Over and above - strong-willed, sharp problem solver and hands on! While this role involves an element of strategizing, we expect candidates to have an ear to the ground, get their hands dirty, and solve real problems. This role will be an opportunity to scale up and create a journey for holding critical business portfolios in the subsequent 12-24 months What we’d love: We’re looking for extremely strong first-principles problem solvers, who have a maker / builder within them and want to bring to life consumer insights to revolutionize the service industry.
