Job Description

  • 1. Strategic Planning & Sales Forecasting
  • Formulate and implement annual and quarterly sales business plans alignedwith company targets.
  • Design market entry and project launch strategies, including pricing,positioning, and inventory release plans.
  • Conduct market feasibility studies and recommend strategies for unsold stockliquidation and new revenue streams.
  • Analyse competitor performance, pricing trends, and customer demand toenhance the company\competitive edge.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual revenue, set realistic targets, and establishmonitoring mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Digital Marketing teams to align leadgeneration activities with sales goals.
  • 2. Team Leadership & Goal Achievement
  • Lead, manage, and mentor the entire Sales and CRM team, including AGMs,Managers, Assistant Managers, and Executives.
  • Define hierarchy\-wise KRAs and KPIs and ensure consistent communication ofgoals to every team member.
  • Allocate project\-wise, category\-wise, and time\-bound targets to each teammember.
  • Establish and periodically revise incentive policies based on performancemetrics.
  • Conduct weekly performance reviews, evaluate achievement levels, and guideunderperforming members with corrective action plans.
  • Build a culture of discipline, accountability, and recognition throughstructured performance discussions and reward systems.
  • 3. Sales Operations & Process Excellence
  • Oversee end\-t-end sales operations, from enquiry handling to booking,documentation, and registration.
  • Ensure that sales funnel stages (Lead Prospect Visit Negotiation Booking Registration) are tracked with 100% accuracy using CRM systems.
  • Ensure seamless coordination with CRM and Legal departments for bookingdocumentation, agreement drafts, and registration schedules.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, and Design teams to ensure projectcollaterals are aligned with customer expectations.
  • Implement standardized sales SOPs and continuously improve workflowefficiency and customer engagement.
  • Ensure that all leads are nurtured properly and followed up within thedefined TAT for conversion optimization.
  • Manage channel partner relationships and conduct training sessions forbrokers and partners on project highlights.
  • 4. Business Development & Market Penetration
  • Identify new customer segments, geographies, and sales channels to expand thebusiness footprint.
  • Build and maintain relationships with institutional clients, corporatebuyers, and investment groups.
  • Organize and represent Adissia at property expos, roadshows, and corporateevents to enhance brand visibility.
  • Establish and manage broker and channel partner networks to achieve widerreach and steady lead inflow.
  • Evaluate market potential of new projects in consultation with VP\Sales andMD.
  • Prepare and present business expansion proposals based on market analysis andprofitability forecasts.
  • 5. Customer Relationship Management & Retention
  • Ensure that post\-sales processes are handled efficiently, including paymentfollow\-ups, documentation, and possession handovers.
  • Oversee the CRM team\performance and ensure customer issues are resolvedwithin committed timelines.
  • Conduct Customer Feedback Surveys and analyze data to enhance service qualityand brand loyalty.
  • Implement referral and loyalty programs to increase repeat and referralsales.
  • Intervene personally in critical or escalated customer issues to ensuresatisfaction and trust restoration.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers and build goodwill forlong\-term association.
