Job Summary: The Head of Revenue Management is responsible for developing and executing revenue strategies to maximize profitability across all hotels within the group. This role oversees pricing, distribution, forecasting, and analytics while ensuring alignment with market demand, competitor positioning, and business objectives. The position requires strong analytical skills, leadership, and expertise in revenue management systems (RMS), data analytics, and market intelligence. Key Responsibilities : Strategic Revenue Management: Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize overall revenue and profitability for all properties. Establish dynamic pricing models based on demand trends, competitive pricing, demand forecasts, and customer segmentation. Develops and implements pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. Manages room inventory to balance occupancy and revenue. Develops long-term pricing and distribution strategies Works with sales and marketing to optimize promotions and direct bookings Lead the groups revenue management team to ensure alignment with business goals. Define and implement best practices in pricing, inventory control, and distribution. Revenue Analysis & Forecasting: Oversee demand forecasting and revenue projections for all properties. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ADR, RevPAR, Occupancy, and GOPPAR. Collects and analyzes data on occupancy, demand, and pricing trends. Prepares reports on revenue performance, market segmentation, and forecasting. Lead in setting pricing and inventory controls. Evaluates the impact of promotions, packages, and discounts. Conduct competitive benchmarking and market trend analysis to identify opportunities for revenue growth. Provide recommendations to enhance performance across all revenue streams (rooms, F&B, events, etc.). Distribution & Channel Management: Optimize distribution channels, including OTAs, direct booking platforms, GDS, and third-party partnerships. Manages relationships with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), Global Distribution Systems (GDS), and direct booking channels. Optimizes online and offline sales channels for maximum visibility Ensure rate parity and consistency across all booking platforms. Work closely with the digital marketing team to enhance direct booking strategies. Collaboration & Leadership: Work with General Managers, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive revenue optimization strategies. Lead, mentor, and develop the revenue management team across different properties. Collaborate with IT and finance teams to improve revenue-related technologies and reporting systems. Technology & Innovation: Evaluate and implement advanced revenue management systems (RMS), business intelligence tools, and automation technologies. Leverage data analytics insights to optimize pricing and forecasting. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in revenue management.
