Job Description

Solution Consultation Engage with clients to understand business and technical requirements
Conduct infrastructure assessments and gap analysis
Design scalable, secure, and costeffective hybrid cloud and HCI solutions
Prepare solution architecture documents, BOMs, and implementation roadmaps
Provide technical presales support and participate in RFP/RFI responses
Implementation & Delivery ead endtoend deployment of HCI and hybrid cloud solutions (eg, VMware vSAN, Nutanix, Azure Stack HCI)
Configure and integrate compute, storage, and network components in data center environments
Migrate workloads from legacy infrastructure to modern platforms
Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and backup strategies are in place
Conduct system testing, validation, and performance tuning
Client Enablement & Support Deliver technical workshops and knowledge transfer sessions
Provide postimplementation support and documentation
Collaborate with support teams to resolve escalated issues
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends
