Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for institutional projects (, PSU, and corporate, Banking, Education industries). Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at PMCs, architectural firms, builders, and contractors. Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition. Desired Candidate Profile 8+ years of experience in B2B sales or project sales in the Furniture, Furniture Hardware or building material industry. Proven track record of achieving revenue targets in a similar role. Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
