Qure.ai is seeking anexperienced Senior Manager Procurement to lead and oversee theprocurement strategy, supplier management, and cost optimization in the organization.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global sourcing, contractnegotiation, and supply chain management, ensuring the company receiveshigh-quality products and services at the best value. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement the organizationprocurement strategy aligned with business objectives. Oversee end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, and contract negotiations with third party global suppliers. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and strategic partners. Drive cost savings and efficiency improvements while maintaining quality and compliance standards. Ensure adherence to procurement policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards. Lead risk management initiatives, identifying and mitigating potential supply chain disruptions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (finance, operations, legal, etc.) to align procurement activities with company goals. Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and industry best practices to drive competitive advantage. Implement and optimize procurement systems, tools, and automation for better decision-making and tracking. Manage and mentor a team of procurement professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Skills and Expertise A robust background in healthcare IT, particularly with experience inPicture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS) and Radiology InformationSystems (RIS). Demonstrated excellence in project management, including the ability tomanage multiple projects with varying scopes simultaneously. Exceptional communication skills, with a proven track record ofeffective stakeholder management and the ability to convey complex technicaldetails to non-technical audiences. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision making skills. Masterdegree in businessadministration, Supply Chain Management or a related field. 8-10 years ofexperience in procurement, global supply chain, or International sourcing, withat least 2 years in a senior role. Strong knowledge ofprocurement strategies, contract management, and supplier negotiations. Proven track record in costreduction, vendor management, and process optimization. Familiarity with Zoho ERPsystems and procurement software. Experience in managingprocurement budgets and financial analysis.
