Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Annual requirement gathering from functions and tracking the same for timely execution. Understanding and Validation of Scope of work. Identification and onboarding of new vendors post due diligence and reference check. Supplier screening and supplier analyses. Floating RFP to respective vendors based on functions requirement. Sharing of Project status with function users on daily basis and Escalations to higher authorities in case of any deviations/ delay in project timelines. To document service level agreements with vendors by coordinating with Legal team and function users. Develop cost effective methods/ solutions through negotiations with vendors, tight control over expenses and other relevant initiatives leading to reduction in overhead costs and cost savings for the Company by industry benchmarking. Consolidating and exploring the vendor development channels. Act as escalation point for vendors and internal team for issues related to vendors. Performance evaluation of vendors and issue management. Ensure optimizing procurement costs and Inventory management. Set up high quality spend data analysis service. Develop an understanding of procurement process and its role in the organization by providing training to Function users. MIS and PowerPoint presentations as per management requirement
