Job Description

  • Use advanced analytics, AI-driven modeling, and market intelligence to set, test, and refine pricing for new and existing SKUs across SaaS and related portfolios.
  • Drive high-impact, cross-functional analytics initiatives, delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Design, implement, and maintain self-service dashboards, scenario models, and AI-assisted recommendation engines using Python, SQL, Sigma, and other modern analytics platforms.
  • Produce concise, data-rich reports on price performance, emerging risks, and growth opportunities for executive stakeholders on a regular cadence.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a team of analytics professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, rigor, and continuous learning.
  • Directly influence revenue growth and profitability through data-driven strategies.
  • Enable scalable, automated analytics solutions that empower business stakeholders.
  • Champion the use of AI and advanced analytics to solve complex business challenges.

In This Role, You Will:

Heres What You Need:

  • 15+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or pricing, with a significant track record in B2B SaaS.
  • Deep expertise in Python for data analysis, modeling, and automation; advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Sigma, Power BI, or similar).
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with a proven ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and translate complex data into actionable business narratives.
  • Bachelor s degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related); MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for leveraging AI and analytics to drive business impact.
  • Demonstrated leadership in building and scaling analytics teams.
  • Experience in pricing for SaaS or technology-driven businesses.
  • Continuous learner, staying abreast of the latest trends in AI, analytics, and pricing science.
