What you’ll own
  • Drive strategic alliances and partnership deals that unlock audiences, distribution, and revenue.
  • Lead media sales and branded-content business - pipeline, pitch, negotiation, closure.
  • Plan and execute activations (online + offline) end-to-end; own activation budgets and ROI.
  • Full P&L responsibility for your vertical: revenue targets, margin, forecasting, cost control.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, product and operations to package & price offerings.
  • Build and manage relationships with agencies, publishers, sponsors, and brand partners.
  • Prepare board-grade decks, weekly commercial updates, and post-activation measurement reports.
  • Travel to partner/client sites and events as required.


What we’re looking for
  • 3–5 years’ relevant experience in media sales, branded content, partnerships, activations or sponsorships.
  • Proven track record of closing mid-to-large commercial deals and managing partner relationships.
  • Comfortable owning P&L, budgets and financial reporting.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven: KPI-focused, comfortable with revenue forecasting and ROI analysis.
  • Excellent communication and commercial instincts.
  • Willingness to be in office 5 days/week and travel frequently.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.


Nice-to-have
  • Experience working with edtech, media houses, or agency networks.
  • Existing network of agency/brand contacts.
  • Familiarity with digital ad inventory, programmatic basics, and branded content metrics.


What success looks like (first 90 days)
  • Built a prioritized partner pipeline and closed first strategic alliance.
  • Closed 2–3 branded content/media deals contributing to target revenue.
  • A clear activation plan with budget & expected ROI for at least one marquee activation.
  • Clean P&L template and weekly reporting cadence in place.
