Job Description: Own and drive ecommerce sales growth for assigned categories. Develop and execute AOPs in partnership with platform teams. Plan and optimize offers, pricing, and promotions for BAU and event periods. Track sales metrics; drive interventions to improve traffic and conversion. Analyze category trends, customer behavior, and market share monthly. Leverage platform merchandising and marketing tools to boost visibility and sales. Optimize Ad spend efficiency and ROI through data-driven strategies. Build strong relationships with internal teams and ecommerce partners. Set up and improve processes to enable scalable and sustainable growth Reports to Online Sales Lead for the respective Category. Present actionable insights and growth levers to senior management. Job Requirements: 5-7 years of total work experience. Atleast 3+ year of experience in ecommerce sales on the platform side / brand side Proven problem solving and project management skills Strong ability to influence to peers and external stakeholders.
