Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Marketing & Campaigns: Develop and implement marketing strategies for project launches and brand building. Create and manage the marketing calendar (offline + digital). Plan and execute activations, customer events, and channel partner meets. Offline Marketing: Plan and execute on-ground branding, signage, and site branding. Manage ATL campaigns print ads, outdoor hoardings, FM/radio. Coordinate with vendors for brochures, photoshoots, walkthroughs, etc. Digital & Social Media Marketing: Plan and execute social media campaigns across platforms. Manage creation of digital assets – website, renders, videos. Work with agencies for SEO, performance marketing, and content creation. Creative & Content Development: Manage video shoots for project highlights, customer testimonials, etc. Develop marketing collateral – brochures, presentations, pitch decks. Ensure brand consistency across all channels. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking. Define target audience and plan marketing campaigns accordingly. Track and analyze campaign performance, generate regular reports. Budgeting & Cost Management: Plan annual and project-specific marketing budgets. Decide the budget allocation and selection of locations across all marketing channels to maximize ROI. Track spends and ensure cost-efficiency across campaigns. Continuously evaluate performance to ensure the best possible ROI from every campaign. Decision-Making & Team Collaboration: Independently take decisions on creatives, media planning, and vendor selection. Manage external agencies and internal teams for execution. Collaborate closely with sales and project teams. Getting the Best ROI He will decide the budget amd location for Accross marketing channel for ROI What We Are Looking For: 6-8 years of hands-on marketing experience in real estate, home construction, or retail/mall management . Strong experience in offline marketing , including ATL, BTL, and on-ground activations. Proficient in digital marketing , including social media, paid campaigns, and website management. Analytical mindset with strong reporting and analysis skills. Excellent project management skills – ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong creative acumen, with the ability to ideate, plan, and execute impactful campaigns . Confident decision-maker who can work independently with minimal supervision.
