Senior Manager - Marketing Automation

Job Description

Own the cross-sell implementation backlog and lead end-to-end delivery of cross-sell surfaces that drive customer and business success through personalization and AI-supported offer recommendations. Develop and drive roadmap for on-going enhancement of Ad Server capabilities. Coordinate project deliverables across internal teams including Engineering, UX, Creative, Marketing, and Business Intelligence to build and maintain integrations, ensuring seamless operations and on-time delivery of marketing projects. Oversee BAU delivery of multi-channel marketing offers, continuously refining program performance based on stakeholder feedback and metrics. Recommend and implement new offers to support business objectives. Monitor campaigns and analyze results, coordinate strategy adjustments with engineers, ensuring alignment with business goals. Continuously evaluate current processes, identifying opportunities for further automation and optimization to enhance operational efficiency. Maintain detailed documentation on automation processes and workflows. Provide regular updates to senior management and other stakeholders on automation projects, milestones, and performance metrics. Who you are what you ll need to succeed. Minimum 5 years marketing automation experience. Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering value-add solutions. Ability to interpret performance data and recommend improvements. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to both clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical requirements. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency. Experience with Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies.
