Competencies Long Description Facilitating Training Need Identification based upon the job roles for different department and its periodic review Facing internal and external inspections i. e. Regulatory & customer inspections at site. Ensuring the completion of cGMP and on the job training of new employees prior to performing their routine work within the defined timeline. Ensuring periodic cGMP training for the existing employees. Developing Training Plan for cGMP and functional training. Reviewing the training plan for compliance with relevant national/international cGMP regulations. Updation and implementation of training system at Biotech, Biotech-R&D, LRP, LRP-Aurangabad & LBC Site s. Education Masters in Microbiology Post Graduation in Science or Analytical Chemistry Work Experience 15 to 20 yrs.
