Senior Manager- Investor Relations

Job Description

Heres what we are looking for: Equity raise experiences either in private company or a listed company. Relevant work experience of 10-14 years (post qualification) with at least 5-8 years experience working in IR Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required. Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to investor relations and public listed companies in India. Proficiency in MS Office, GSuite Key Expectations: - Person should have handled investors and analysts directly (preferably for a listed company) - Should be good in excel modelling and should have good understanding of financials - Individual should have good communication skills - Should have drafted investor communication in the past (Press releases, Quarterly presentations, earnings release etc) - Experience in annual reporting, roadshow coordination & equity raise. - Has to be from a listed company in the past 1 or 2 roles (no exception) Qualifications: CA is a must.
