Job Purpose:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Manager to help us design and develop a strategic initiate to evolve our recruitment delivery model, considering opportunities to drive experience and service delivery for global markets. This role could be responsible for leading a varied team of Recruiters, Sourcers, Insights professionals. Ensuring the team delivers successful attraction, identification, qualification and placement of talent internationally. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in recruitment, team leadership, and talent marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Recruiters providing guidance, support, and development to ensure high performance.
- Oversee the evolution of our recruitment delivery model, ensuring effective talent attraction strategies and data-driven insights to support recruitment efforts globally.
- Support the development and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies to support the evolution of GSK's recruitment model.
- Partner with senior leaders to understand staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging the adoption of best practices and new technologies.
- Utilize talent pools, succession planning data, and marketing insights to proactively identify potential candidates for open and future positions.
- Drive the development and execution of internal recruitment management, leveraging in country teams to drive experience.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of internal hiring strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure team maintains accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Meet/exceed key performance indicators (KPI), such as time to fill, candidate quality, candidate experience, and cycle times.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in internal recruitment, talent marketing, and sourcing.
- Continuously ensure the team invests time in expanding knowledge base as industry standards and trends change and shift.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of work experience in Recruitment, which includes a minimum of 5 years experience managing Recruitment globally.
- At least 5 years experience in leading and managing teams.
- It would be an advantage if you have experience of managing a Source, screen and presentation and/or Recruitment Marketing globally.
- Agile mindset, creative outlook, team management skills
- Hands-on with Microsoft Office & Google Suite tools including Excel, Powerpoint, ATS tools - Workday.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve goals and objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
