Payments Recon: Monitoring all types of payments for India and overseas locations Bank Recon Month close: Timely completion of all bank entries and closure of bank recon along with other entries Cash Flow Management : Monitoring and forecasting cash flow to ensure the company meets its obligations without holding excess cash. Liquidity Management : Ensuring the company has enough liquid assets to meet short-term needs while optimizing the return on surplus cash. Risk Management : Identifying and managing financial risks, particularly those related to currency fluctuations, interest rates, and credit risks. Bank Relationship Management : Managing relationships with banks to secure favorable terms for loans, investments, and transactions. Debt and Capital Management : Overseeing the companys debt levels, structuring new financing, and ensuring compliance with covenants. Investment Oversight : Determining where to allocate excess cash for short-term or long-term investments that align with the company s risk profile and financial goals. Treasury Reporting and Compliance : Preparing reports for management and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Others: APR reporting, BG opening, LC opening
