Job Description

Working with the Director, HR International on regional HR projects to ensure timely successful delivery and alignment with global HR policy Drive recruitment for the India business, manage recruitment for some open positions and ensure the successful and timely completion of hiring mandates and overall recruitment delivery Coordinate employee onboarding and off boarding for a smooth transition in and out of the business, enhancing policy and process as the business evolves Build relationships with employees and leaders to establish yourself as the primary contact on people related matters and planning to action Ensure HRIS data is maintained, working with the CoE HRIS team to understand ongoing system enhancements are adopted in India Ensure that the company is compliant with local, state, and federal regulations in accordance with the policies and practices of the company Partner with managers to ensure they have the tools and process knowledge to manage employees effectively; manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and where relevant developing HR policy to support these activities Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions) Provide guidance and interpretation in employee relations, interpreting complex employment laws and policies and making recommendations for improvement Assists with global mobility administration and processes for new hires and existing employees Manage and coach more junior HR staff Basic Qualifications for Consideration: Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration or another related field Minimum of 8 years progressive human resources experience resolving complex employee relations issues Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate and partner with employees and leaders to build high performing team
