Job Description

Plan and adhere to annual HR budget and ensuring cost-effective delivery of HR services and initiatives. • Ensuring seamless employee experiences throughout employee life cycle from pre boarding till Exist • Partnering with line managers/HODs and management to understand their challenges, business priorities and align them on time & accurate HR service delivery • Provide & present accurate and actionable HR metrics, reports, and analysis to senior management for all HR related data to support driven decision making • Optimize the usage of Keka HRMS for all modules like payroll, leave attendance, PMS, queries/suggestion etc • Review & optimise existing HR practices and standardise, automate and consolidate all HR processes, SOPs ensuring consistent implementation across organisation • Ensuring HR system remains up to date with all aspect including employee information • Ensures payroll, annual appraisal, bonus/incentive, minimum wage revisions is delivered on time and accurately • Execution of R&R, employee engagement programmes as per monthly/annual calendar • Ensuring zero deviation and zero errors in payroll and other HR SOPs and compliances • Ensure employee queries/requests are closed within agreed TAT on response & resolution • Ensure Line managers/HODs/Employees & management is well versed and complying current HR practices through regular awareness, newsletter and training sessions • Engaging with stake holders
