Candidate should have 10 to 20 years of experience in HR Leadership Role in Plastic Woven Sack Manufacturing Industry or Packaging Materials Manufacturing Industry Performance Management System: Develop and Implement Performance Management Strategies Monitor Employee Performance, Provide Feedback and Coaching Conduct Performance Evaluations Facilitate Goal Setting Identify Development Needs, Train and Educate Ensure System Compliance Analyze Data & Yearly Increment Career Planning & Succession Planning: Individual Development, Skill Gap Analysis Identifying Key Roles, Talent Identification Developing Succession Plans, Knowledge Transfer Policy Development, Data Analysis Training & Development: Needs Assessment, Program Development Program Delivery Program Evaluation Budget Management Staying Current Collaboration, Individual Learning Plans Leading HR & Administration Team: Leading a Team of Plant HR and Administration Performance evaluation of HR Team Organizational Development (OD) Intervention and Culture Development: Facilitate Change Management Promote a Positive Culture Coach and Mentor HR & Administration Management: Manage and oversee all HR and administrative activities for plant operations. Act as the primary contact for all HR-related functions within the plant. Recruitment & Staffing: Coordinate and support the recruitment process for plant roles. Develop recruitment strategies to meet staffing requirements. Ensure effective onboarding of newcomers. BRC Knowledge & Compliance: Ensure compliance with BRC (British Retail Consortium) standards across HR and operational activities. Implement BRC practices for food safety, quality management, and supplier requirements. Regularly monitor adherence to BRC guidelines to support safe and high-quality product manufacturing.
