Drive policy advocacy with relevant Government departments/ministries ensuring alignment with PMIs global, regional and local objectivesDrive efforts to positively influence public policies around Harm reduction products especially with Central Government- in particular with Prime Minister’s Office, Ministry of Home, Ministry of Health, Ministry of AgricultureResearch and monitor centre and state government policy decisions that impact the industry and PMI, advise the way forward for the company.Ability to work with Third parties, consultants and think-tanks, ensuring the organisational objectives are delivered through the partnersLead, manage, and mentor a multidisciplinary policy team including regulatory, product, economic and programs specialistsStakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with government, policymakers, regulators, civil society, businesses, and industry associations,Represent Meta in senior policy discussions at high levels of the India government, in forums, expert panels and the mediaCommunicate the societal impact and policy implications of PMIs harm reduction products in IndiaCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with other leaders and teams across legal, communications, international corporate affairs teams to enable coordinated policy approaches and advocacy
