The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling gensets (Diesel and Gas
Genset) to large industrial, infrastructure, and commercial clients. This role offers an exciting
opportunity to be part of a fast-growing company, drive strategic customer acquisition, and work
closely with key stakeholders across industries.
Qualifications Electrical Engineering (Preferred) or Mechanical Engineering
Kind of Experience Sales
Any Other Frequent travel across India based on client/project needs
Lead sales initiatives for Diesel and Gas High Horsepower (HHP) Gensets across
industrial and infrastructure sectors.
Build, manage, and nurture a pipeline of large-value opportunities through direct
engagement with customers.
Prepare and deliver customized technical and commercial proposals.
Negotiate high-value contracts ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Liaise closely with internal teams (engineering, project management, service) to deliver
solutions from concept to commissioning.
Conduct market intelligence and competitor benchmarking to optimize strategies.
Regular client meetings, industrial visits, and active participation in industry events.
Achieve assigned revenue and profitability targets.
Strong understanding of genset applications (industrial, commercial, critical facilities).
Expertise in high-value, consultative sales processes.
Ability to build strong client relationships and manage complex sales cycles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong commercial and business acumen.
