Job Description

Role Overview: As a Manager/Senior Manager in the Seller Experience team at Flipkart, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and superior experience for both sellers and customers. Your primary focus will be on the Fulfilled by Flipkart (FBF) channel, where you will champion the seller experience and drive growth through strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will span across strategy, operations, product, and analytics, working towards enhancing the seller experience and improving key metrics such as Seller NPS. Key Responsibilities: - Own Seller Experience & Satisfaction: - Be the advocate for FBF sellers, understanding their journey and addressing pain points. - Define and track key seller experience metrics, such as Seller NPS, to drive improvements. - Develop and execute a strategic roadmap to deliver a best-in-class seller experience. - Drive Operational Excellence: - Ensure adherence to operational processes and SOPs to maintain reliability for sellers. - Monitor operational workflows to identify and resolve bottlenecks proactively. - Cross-Functional Problem Solving: - Collaborate with different business categories to address unique challenges within the FBF ecosystem. - Implement long-term solutions through SOP refinements, product enhancements, or new workflows. - Strategic Growth & Program Management: - Execute strategies to boost adoption and growth of the FBF channel. - Create a flywheel effect for increased seller participation and faster growth. - Act as the Single Point of Contact for the FBF seller experience program. - Stakeholder Management & Communication: - Manage relationships with internal stakeholders effectively, providing updates on progress and challenges. - Data-Driven Governance & Reporting: - Establish and report on a set of KPIs for different teams and leadership. - Provide data-driven insights to guide decision-making across the organization. Qualification Required: - Experience: 5-8 years in program management, strategy, or operations, preferably in e-commerce or tech industry. MBA from a premier institution is highly preferred. - Customer-First Mindset: Obsession with improving the seller experience. - Strong Ownership: Proactive attitude with the ability to manage complex projects autonomously. - Stakeholder Management: Ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership. - Analytical Rigor: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Operational Acumen: Understanding of operational processes and performance metrics. - Exceptional Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - People Manager: Experience in team management and scaling up.
