Job Description

What You Will Do Day-to-Day

In this role, you will lead the

annual compensation review process

and collaborate closely with business leaders to design

compensation plans

that align with the organization’s strategic objectives. You will be responsible for

benchmarking industry compensation data

and recommending appropriate

compensation ranges and year-end increments

to help the company attract and retain top talent.You will also play a key role in the

firm-wide budgeting and forecasting process

, analyzing

headcount and expense trends

to support financial planning. In addition, you will

conceptualize and develop financial and non-financial dashboards

and

simulation models

to meet evolving business needs.This position also involves

leading and mentoring a small team

of managers and analysts to ensure effective execution of compensation and planning initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

Who We Are Looking For

  • MBA in Human Resources or Finance, with 9–12 years of experience in compensation planning, management, or a similar role
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to work with large volumes of data and maintain exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • A self-driven approach with a strong sense of ownership and effective stakeholder management capabilities
  • Ability to independently conceptualize solutions for unstructured business problems and drive projects to completion
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and reporting tools such as Power BI (or similar platforms)
