Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic business development professional with the ability to manage the sales cycle from end to end, focusing on enterprise-level clients. The role requires building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, delivering tailored advertising solutions, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to translate market insights into strategic sales pitches. They will work collaboratively across departments, ensuring that Signpost India s media platforms are effectively marketed to clients. Key Responsibilities: Develop a deep understanding of Signpost India s media platforms and product portfolio to identify and address client needs effectively. Drive revenue generation by acquiring and retaining enterprise-level clients, ensuring a robust pipeline of business opportunities. Proactively identify new business prospects and create customized pitches tailored to client-specific marketing objectives. Collaborate with the AVP to implement strategies that align with the organization s revenue targets and category goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with direct clients and agencies to maximize sales opportunities and market penetration. Ensure timely and accurate sales reporting, maintaining a clear record of activities and outcomes for management. Strategically upsell and cross-sell products by leveraging data insights and understanding client needs. Assist in conceptualizing creative OOH advertising solutions and proposals that align with client campaigns and objectives. Provide exceptional client servicing by acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring consistent communication and satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and operational excellence. Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge. Support the AVP in implementing scalable sales processes and achieving overall business growth within the assigned category. Skills & Qualifications: A professional with 8 10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in enterprise account management. Exceptional communication and presentation skills to build trust and rapport with high-level executives. Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and contribute to organizational goals. Deep understanding of media formats, marketing strategies, and category-specific client requirements. Proven ability to deliver revenue growth through strategic upselling, cross-selling, and business development. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and craft actionable sales strategies. Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously. Familiarity with end-to-end deal cycles, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure. An MBA or equivalent qualification is desirable.
