Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Drive sales and revenue growth through strategic business development initiatives. Develop and maintain relationships with key industry partners, high-end travel agencies, and luxury cruise networks. • Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly. • Deliver compelling sales presentations and communicate the value proposition of Cordelia Cruises effectively. Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and providing regular feedback. Conduct performance reviews and identify areas for improvement within the sales team. • Ensure a proactive approach to identifying and resolving client issues while maintaining professionalism and ethical conduct. Maintain a keen awareness of financial statements, budgeting, and revenue forecasting. • Utilize intermediate-level Excel skills for data analysis and reporting. • Thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment with a strong work ethic and a passion for luxury travel.
