Senior Manager / DGM - Talent Acquisition Location: Gurugram, Haryana Reports to: GM - Talent Acquisition Key Responsibilities End-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles. Develop and execute hiring strategies using data-driven insights. Build a strong talent pipeline through headhunting and networking. Prepare high-quality presentations & hiring reports. Ensure structured interviews and a seamless candidate experience. Work closely with senior leadership on talent strategies. Enhance employer branding and positioning. Key Requirements MBA/PGDM (HR) from a reputed institution. 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience. Expertise in data-driven hiring, stakeholder management & talent mapping. A high-flyer recruiter with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills. In-person interviews | Gurugram-based candidates preferred.
