In this role, you will work closely with actuarial teams and cross-functional departments to analyze client profitability, monitor financial margins, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Your insights will be critical in shaping strategic decisions and ensuring sustainable business success. Key Responsibilities: Financial & Data Analysis Analyze client profitability and provide actionable insights to optimize margins. Collaborate with actuarial teams to assess client data and derive key financial outcomes. Continuously monitor financial performance and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency. Strategy & Business Growth: Identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational improvements. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of competitors. Work with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives that enhance profitability. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for client accounts. Provide regular reports and insights on financial trends and client performance. Ensure accurate documentation and reporting to support strategic decision-making. Proficiency in Excel, financial reporting tools, and data visualization software. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
