Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for Development and Management of Channel Partners in all over India for IT Power as well as Non-Core Segment. Identifying and onboarding new channel partners PAN India. Maintaining strong relationships with existing partners. Providing regular support and training to the Channel Partners to enhance their performance. Regular Monitoring and liquidation of stock maintained by Channel Partners. Regular Stock monitoring of all Partners. Introducing and implementing Partner Schemes, promotional activities and campaigns on regular intervals. Expanding the Channel network in new regions / markets. Assessment of market potential and identifying the gaps in channel coverage and fulfil these gaps by introducing new Partners. Improve efficiency and productivity of all existing Channel partners. Framing of Annual Partner Agreements and regular updating on regular intervals. Setting of Annual and Quarterly targets for all Channel Partners and regular evaluation. Ensuring that all Channel Partners are adhering to company policies, processes and ethical standards.
