Job Title: Senior Manager, Business Resilience Career Level - E Introduction to role Join our Business Resilience team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring service delivery during contingencies. As part of the Strategy & Performance team, you will work alongside various functions, teams, and partners to maintain and improve our enterprise Business Continuity Management (BCM) program. Accountabilities Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Business Continuity Build and establish compliance to BCM policy, objectives, strategy, and execution Collaborate with internal & external collaborators and senior management to coordinate business continuity governance activities Facilitate the introduction of technology/tools for BCM process strengthening and efficiency Communicate regularly with team members on BCM initiatives and specific needs in adherence to global policies and procedures Support the development and maintenance of the enterprise-wide business continuity management program, including continuity planning and event management Develop and facilitate enterprise-wide event exercises and be a great partner with external vendors Establish and maintain program processes and practices that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements Participate as an independent business continuity professional in various initiatives to achieve risk management objectives Apply conceptual and solid understanding of application/systems recovery capabilities, ITSM processes, and disaster recovery management Perform routine governance and updates on project plans, status, and issues/risks in coordination with cross-functional IT partners Assist in developing performance indicators to supervise operational resilience and readiness, preparing reports for key stakeholders Interface with and present results to a Project Management Office (PMO) and Senior Management Understand how different functions/services integrate to achieve business objectives Apply project management concepts optimally Essential Skills/Experience Overall, 15+ years of which minimum of 10 years of experience in BCM & IT DR Analytical skills with attention to detail Strong working skills in Microsoft Office, ServiceNow & PowerBI Excellent compliance and governance understanding Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong customer focus and attention to detail Ability to interpret and communicate technical information in business language Ability to get along with multiple stakeholders across various levels of the organization Experience working in a matrix interpersonal structure
