Job Description

We are International Trade Company with offices in London, Hong Kong, Germany, India with interest in Mineral, Chemical, Machinery with clients across globe. Products include Processed Minerals, Chemicals and Machinery for Refractory, Steel and Aluminium industry. Sales – Raw Material, Mineral for Refractories, Abrasives Our company’s leadership team needs a motivated, purposeful candidates for Business Development. The successful candidate will understand what motivates customers to buy and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way. The incumbent will be responsible for leading an experienced team of Sales Managers/Associates, most of whom have worked for the company for 5+ years. Responsibilities and duties The functions this position will perform on a regular basis, how the job functions within the organization and who the job reports to. · Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly · Monitor the program on clients across all domestic & international sales channels and pinpoint ways to penetrate new markets · Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals · Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them · Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics · Provide daily report of field sales success and communicate VOC data to superiors Qualification & Skills · Bachelor’s degree in Ceramic / Chemical Engineering / Sales / Marketing from a reputed institute with minimum CGPA 8.50 · Minimum 2+ years’ B2B sales experience in related field. · Experience and contacts in Refractory industry are essential · Track record of superior performance metrics (for experienced candidates) · Excellent negotiation skills · Strong decision-making abilities · Male or Female between 26-35 years of age Package : Salary no bar for suitable candidates and would be among the best in the industry, commensurate with profile.
