Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Develop, own and evolve the brand identity, positioning, and messaging framework
Lead creation of high-quality marketing & communication assets (brochures, pitch decks, presentations, case studies, campaign collateral)
Ensure consistency of messaging and visual identity across all channels
Simplify complex product information into clear, engaging communication
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns
Manage external creative/design/content/video agencies
Drive communication for product launches, partnerships, and new initiatives
Oversee institutional & sales communication materials and ensure timely updates
Lead corporate communication including press releases, internal messages, and leadership decks
Plan and execute brand communication for events, exhibitions, and key moments
Maintain brand asset libraries, guidelines, and repositories
Supervise brand presence and communication consistency on social media
Track communication effectiveness through feedback, usage data, and brand metrics
Manage brand & communication budgets.

Preferred candidate profile:

Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
3–5 years of experience in Brand, Communications, or Marketing
Proven experience in developing marketing collateral and communication assets
Ability to turn complex information into simple, powerful narratives
Strong understanding of brand strategy and integrated campaign execution
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and quality
Hands-on, execution-oriented mindset
Experience in EdTech, consumer, or digital-first brands (preferred)
