Responsibilities: Lead generation and Sales Capability presentation to clients Participation in Bid/Tenders (Bid documentation preparation & participation) Project cost estimation & Proposal preparation & submission for bids Follow up with clients on proposal, payments, project confirmation. Presenting and delivering information to clients at meetings, Industry Exhibits, Trade shows, and conferences Overseeing of Invoices generation and debtors collection Preparing and presenting monthly Sales updates to management Preparation and up dation of SOP for BD department. Prepare sales forecast and budget Managing and Supervising team. Any other stipulated work/task provided from time to time. Desired profile of the candidate Having 8 to 12 years of experience in Business Development role in maritime (Shipbuilding, Ship Design, Ship Equipment sales, Ship Management) Minimum of bachelor s degree in Naval Architecture/Marine/Mechanical Engineering Must have excellent Communication Skills. Must have on-hand experience with estimations & proposals & tender participations. Good presentation & CRM skills Good analytical, planning, and reporting skills.
